Service Level Agreement

We are now offering a Service Level Agreement to help maintain a healthy system and keep any downtime to a minimum.

The benefits from the SLA include:

  • Next day call out response if called before 1pm (Mon–Fri, 8am-5pm).
  • 15% discount on parts and labour.
  • One yearly calibration.
  • Telephone support.
  • Software upgrades.
  • Backup of unit taken and stored at Decade.

As you can see from the benefits above the SLA also includes your yearly calibration.

If you find yourselves with a fault on your Decade monitor all you would need to do is give us a call.

Discounts can also be offered for more than one Decade covered under the service agreement.
