I wanted to take some time to update you on how Decade Monitoring Solutions Limited are tackling the challenges caused to COVID-19.
As of Monday the 30th of March, our main office will no longer be manned as normal. We have spent the previous week making sure that everything is in place to ensure all our staff can work effectively from home, maintaining where possible normal business practices to ensure continuity of support. The phone line has been redirected to our Technical Director who will be available to answer any requests. Through this period Decade will be prioritising support to customers who are supporting the nation at this time; Medical, Pharmaceutical and Food.
As we are a key supplier to a number of medical, food and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies based in the UK, we will be giving their needs priority at this time. Support requests from customers will still be processed but I am sure you will understand the need to prioritise.
Due to the overall situation across the world, component availability and delivery times could become unpredictable. Given this, if you are engaged in the manufacture of critical equipment please contact as soon as possible so we can ensure critical spares are identified.
